Amendment to Independent Contractor & Agency Agreement

As of December 02, 2022, the contract entitled Independent Contractor & Agency Agreement between the following parties:

Seniorly Yours, LLC Contractor

"Theft and Voluntary Actions related and Personal Loans from Seniorly Yours, LLC Clients" will be added to the original contract, and will read as follows:

Types of Theft

While theft pertains to taking the property of another with the intention of depriving the owner of the property, there are several types of theft that may be charged, including:

Robbery is the taking of another person?s property by the use of violence, threats, or intimidation Embezzlement is theft of money, property, or other assets by a person who is in a position of trust or responsibility
Burglary is unlawful entry into any structure for the purpose of committing a crime (whether or not anything was stolen)
Identify theft is theft and fraudulent use of a person's personal identifying information Intellectual property theft? theft of material that is copyrighted, the theft of trade secrets, and trademark violations.
Theft of Financial information and instruments (checks, cash, banking information, Pin # Theft of Personal property, which includes anything the Client owns, inside or outside the home as well as Vehicles, jewelry, Medications, etc.

Theft committed by you is considered a Voluntary Act of Theft. Seniorly Yours, LLC and affiliates will never ask you to defraud or commit a criminal act in any way. We take honesty very seriously and if you commit a crime, we will also file charges to the fullest extent and help Law Enforcement in any way possible.

Loans from Clients /Customers /Patients are not permitted in any way. Your personal Financial situation is your responsibility and not our Customer's responsibility or issue. Financial exploitation is a subset of elder abuse, and basically means inappropriately using an older person's financial resources, for the benefit of someone other than the older persón. IT IS A CRIME!
